Where I come from

Both sides: consulting and line roles

I have led transformations for 20 years – in operational roles and in consulting. I have led teams and built products. At Celonis, ServiceNow, Siemens, Hitachi Vantara, Deloitte, H&Z, EY, Atos and Randstad.

I know the places where processes actually run: plants, service centres, project rooms. I call that world the engine room. That is where my examples come from.

Today I am building WITTBIX, a consultancy for process intelligence and AI that stays with you until the first euro is actually realised. Every three months a quarterly business review checks whether the potential we found has actually been implemented and realised.
